Cron job error

Hi Everyone.

Me and my dad made a webshop in October last year.

I found out how to set up a cron job so the customers could get their order confirmations. 

But now i made some kind of mistake so it doesn't work anymore. 

I set up my cron job at my web hotel. Now it says that theres no heartbeat, and when i look at my web hotel it says that the cron job has an error 403. 

Help Help help!!!

I'd start from assumption that my cron script is either not executable anymore or throws PHP errors. I'd try to run it from command line to see if it works.
