When I look at some customers using the admin panel, I see that the "Customer View" has all the customer demographics correct.
When I edit the customer and review the "Account Information" it seems correct.
When I review the "Addresses" the customer does not have a "State/Province".
Why would it drop the State/Province from the Addresses tab when all other data looks good?
I not sure how to identify all customer without a State/Province, or is this a problem with the keys in the data base?
Since the customer is missing the State/Province in the Addresses tab they cannot logon to their account on the web site until we update the customer address with a state code..
