DHL Intraship create intraship shipments or documents?

I am using Magento 1.9.x. Recently I installed the DHL Intraship. The problem is that after I have an order and process it I can not get any intraship shipments or documents. I know that the question is general but I need some help to configure it. I seated all parameters from DHL account like Password, username... Can somebody point me to any English instruction to configure it or have somebody meet this problem?

 

P.S. I have no Cronjobs for it. My this cause the problem?

Hi @roma250983, have you checked with the extension developer of DHL Intraship? They should be able to help you with this.
