Discount coupons for shipping postal code of cart Item?

Hello All,

How can I use Shipping Postal code and Billing Postal code of Cart Item to apply discount coupon Conditions in magento 1.9.2.4?

@neha_ You can use shopping cart price rule; choose condition of postal code and enter values.  Cheers!

I tried but no luck.

Make sure you have choose correct customer group and define discount amount as well. Plus, you need to estimate shipping on shopping cart page, like need to enter postal code into "Estimate shipping and tax" box. Clear cache and re-indexing indexer.
