We have a Magento Shopping Cart Price rule where customers receive free shipping if their order is $150 or over and excludes bulky shipping items. However the rule seems to be calculating free shipping based on net amount excluding GST (Tax). For example if order is $154 Sub Total the client will still have to pay $9.95 for shipping as the net amount excluding tax is less then $150.
Free Shipping is set up to be calculated on sub total so why would this not be working and how can we rectify.
