I've been trying to setup a shipping rule based on the following criteria:
1. Any order $60+ receives free US domestic shipping
2. Excludes hawaii and alaska
3. If under 13oz, offer free USPS first-class
4. If above 13oz, offer free USPS priority
I currently have the rules set to this:
Rule info is set to Main Website, with Not Logged in and Retail customer groups selected.
Actions are set to Free shipping for shipment matching items
Do I need to set the USPS and/or Free Shipping method to anything also? I can't seem to get it to work.
