Grouped product without listing individual items

Hi. I'm trying to set up a product kit, (e.g. toothbrush + toothpaste + travel pouch) and have entered each individual item to inventory and compiled it as a grouped product, however I don't want the product page to list each individual item, not the ability to remove or add an individual item form the kit. I simply want it to show the one grouped item as a set with fixed item and price. Is this possible?

A bundled product may work better for you as you can set the product options as required.
