I sell original music in CD, Mp3, & Sheet Music format. The purchase options I have are below for each song I sell. The problem I am having is setting up the latter product (CD + Mp3 + Sheet Music) so that the physical CD will have shipping charges associated with it and the download items (mp3 & sheet) will be provided links upon checkout. I simply cannot find a way to "package" the CD product with the download items as "one" product...
