How to find core/extension modules not used, to be disabled.

as in subject, I'm looking for a way to find modules not used in my magento instance. The purpose is to disable them to improve performance.

Hi @filippo_scifo1,

I guess you should start by asking which function or feature solves some module and then evaluate if is neccesary.

Also, in Magento 1, you can disabled from backend (to avoid modules to be executed on frontend, but you'll see the modules and will work on backend).
