I want exclude a category for a country

Good morning,

 

My Question:

How can I exclude a category for except one country (shipping)? It is OK  if the category is still visible for Belgium vistors.

 

Reason

It is not possible for us to ship from The Netherlands to Belgium (Partly by maximum size limit).

 

I hope somebody can help me,

This extension should help you achieve what you need https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/shipping-restrictions-by-amasty.html

With it you can restrict shipping to certain countries by categories, individual products and other parameters.
