Magento 1.9 User cannot login or use any Account related links with HTTPS

Hi.  I have HTTPS working on all site pages except those under the account menu.

Try clearing the cache and cookie on your browser. It should fix the issue.

thank you. I have cleared cache, session and I am using the browser in incognito.

I have also update cookie settings to:

use htttp only = no

cookie restriction mode = no

it is still not working
