Magento Admin login page isn't working

Hi, I am having a problem with a site I have inherited. Only the header loads and the rest of the page is blank. When I try to access the admin I can't even get the login window to load. I'm not sure what the version of Magento is.

I see this in the error log

[18-Feb-2018 08:25:02 Europe/London] PHP Fatal error:  require(): Failed opening required 'app/bootstrap.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php') in /home/pinework/public_html/cron.php on line 30

Any ideas?

Can you check if the file:

/path/to/your/magento/app/bootstrap.php

Exists?
