Please could someone help.
We're having issues with the Magento search report function in Catalog --> Search Terms (Magento version 1.12.0.2, using SOLR plugin)
It seems to be showing the same exact match search several times in the search list for the same store view, spelt exactly the same (see attachment)
E.g. the term wallet is shown 8 times in the list.
We were trying to setup redirects for certain pages, so that they go through to categories. We therefore deleted all the other search terms except the one with the redirect. However more occurrences of the same search terms seem to be added back onto the list, which then stops the redirect from working.
Is there any reason why this could be happening?
