Moving magento installtion to another folder

I have installed Magento on a folder, and after the site is finalised, I will be bring it to home folder.

 

After moving the files, what changes do I make, to make it working.

Once you've moved all your files into the relavant folder - you should just need to update your Base URL in System > Configuration > Web
