'No Information is available for this page' - Google Search

When my client does a search for his products on Google ie
French Bordeaux Oak Display Unit Welsh Dresser
The search results come up with the website and the link, but below that it says
‘No Information is available for this page'
‘Learn Why’

When you read the ‘Learn Why' it points to the robots.txt as the problem.

We did have a problem recently with the robots.txt in that the developers had replaced it with:

User-agent: *
Disallow:/

Which denied access to the site for the search engines. We alerted them to this and they changed it back about a week ago.

So I am not sure if the problem is one of Google re-indexing the site, or there is still something wrong with the robots.txt file ie a category or products are being disallowed or the problem is something else entirely.

Have you accessed Google Search Console (ie. Google Webmaster Tools), and verified your sitemap there? If so, I'd recommend triggering a manual reindexing to speed up the reindexing process. It's not an instantaneous process, but requesting the reindexing can usually speed things up. While you're in Google Search Console, I'd also recommend making sure that Google is accessing your up-to-date sitemaps. This is typically helpful for Google's indexing process.
