I'm missing some options in the cashondelivery module in admin panel
payment/cashondelivery/inlandcosts
payment/cashondelivery/foreigncountrycosts
payment/cashondelivery/customtext
payment/cashondelivery/disallowspecificshippingmethods
payment/cashondelivery/disallowedshippingmethods
version CE1.9.3.3
I have all these options on a CE 1.9.3.1
Does anyone has an idea what could be the problem or where i can active this fields?
