Payment method not working

Hi,

 In admin side I have enabled the cash-on-Delivery and the Credit/Debit card...But it is working only if we enable another option 'Saved CC'. Without enable the 'Saved CC the Cash-On-Delivery shows an error like 'Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of null'

Can you mention under which section of Magento admin are you getting error. 

Did you deploy a custom JavaScript library or code for the Magento admin?

Are you getting this error on saving the payment method?

I am getting this error on front end---payment section---Not able to continue to the Next step of payment...If we enable saved cc its working...Without the saved cc option not able to continue to the next step
