Sale items revert back to original price once one has sold.

Each time a 'Sale Item' is sold, it reverts back to the original price, takes off the sale icon, but leaves the item in our sale page.

Any idea on how I can get it to keep the product on sale until all the items have been sold. Otherwise each day I have to go into each product and try and remember the sale price from the day before.

Not a massive issue, but its a time waster haha.

How are you defining sale product?

What criteria are you using for this?

Login>Catalogue>Manage Products>Search for item and choose configurable product>Prices>Enter special price, start and finish date>the go to categories and check the Sales option.
