Sales Tax Rates

When I was trying to delete some tax rates, I clicked on the rate, then the "delete rate" button there was another window that popped up. I mistakenly clicked on it..  Now it seems that windows does not appear and I'm no longer able to delete any rates.

Any idea how to correct?

I was able to fix the problem.  Went in the database  tax_calculation_rate and deleted all the rates there..  Found a nice application woosalestax and was able to upload all the current rates for florida in 10 minutes.
