Sandbox and Production PayPal Payment Settings

I'm developing a site using Magento 2 EE. Is it possible to save my PayPal sandbox and production settings at the same time? I am setting up PayPal Express Checkout. I followed the Paypal Express Checkout guide but it does not mention this being possible.

At a time you can save any one details either sandbox or live paypal account. Both account details can not be saved at the same time.
