Hello! We're on Magento 1.9 and have been using Magento for a long time. We use the UPS shipping API for shipping estimates. I believe there use to be a setting to either markup or discount shipping by type. For example, offer 50% off ground shipping but charge 10% more on express methods. I would like the price to be reflected in the shipping quote area, not as a discount off the entire order.
I remember this being a setting but can't seem to find it anymore. Does anyone know a simple way to do this?
