Shopping Cart Rule Working In Cart But Not Checkout

Can Anyone help?

Ive set up a 10% discount across the site with no need for a coupon code.

Ive excluded specific SKUS.

However the 10% discount is only applying to products under £100 

Sometimes the discount is applying to the products in the cart, but when you continue through checkout it reverts to full price?

The rule is set up correctly and i have no idea why this is happening?!???

In exclusion, please confirm you select one of.

There are 2 conditions boxes in cart price rule generally, one for product attributes related and one related to shipping. Make sure it is proper.

If it is working on cart then it should work on checkout as well, on checkout it should be adding shipping and tax charges additional. Due to that you are not thinking that it's not applying, right?

Correct.

Currently anything over £100 value receives free shipping.

Any products under this value are having the 10% discount applied in cart and at checkout and are working correctly

However anything over this value, the 10% discount is not being applied.

For example a product at £150 when added to cart shows the 10% discount, ie is £135. However after completing details at checkout on the final step to complete the sale the price reverts to full price, ie £150
