Submit button disabled after choosing Vendor/Seller

Is there an enable or disable option in the dashboard to accept new vendors and sellers with the Marketplace plugin? I made my marketplace active and now my submit button keeps disabling once I select the vendor/seller radio button. All fields are filled out with no warnings.

Hi may i know which marketplace module you are using ?

Just check if you have the option "Mage_Newsletter" enabled in System>Configuration>Advanced>Advanced

That should solve your problem
