Tax Calculation for tax-free class

Hello,

 

i have a Problem with my magento installation ( 1.9.2 )

 

I've configured a Tax-Free Class for a customer group called "Händler netto" ( Group for Valid VAT ID - Intra-Union ).

If i place an order it says that everything is OK, VAT Number is checked and valide and that TAX will not be calculated to my Order but when i place the order - i have the Tax ( with 19% that shouldn't be there ) at the summary screen and the order success E-Mail...

 

Do you have some hints what the problem could be here?

Could you share more info on your current tax configuration with screenshots please?
