cannot configure payment methods

when I try to configure payment methods this is what shows,

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 757760 bytes) in /home/clothingstore/public_html/app/design/adminhtml/default/default/template/widget/form.phtml on line 28

what does it mean, and what can I do to fix the issue.

Hello @marjden

If you have access to php.ini file, try eextending your memory_limit. If you don't have access ask your hosting guys to do so and then check the issue.
