how to restrict a role to see only a group of customer

i got a role, i want them to see just a restricted list of customer, just one group of customer,

is it possible, and how to do it ?

If you mean that you need an admin user who will be able to see only one customer group in the admin panel, then this module will help you - Advanced Permissions
