how to set shipping to only charge once per cart

How do I set Table Rates in Shipping to only charge once per cart same as the option in Flate Rate? Currently it charges a fee for each item added to the cart.

Hi Sherrie,

Yes I have although unable to find how to configure the charge once only.
I need to use Table Rates and set up different rates per Post (Zip) Code  and only want it to charge once per cart. Currently it charges once per item.

- weight vs destination

- price vs destination

- # of items vs destination
