if i add more than 8 bundle product item.. Bundle item stop showing on frontend

i add computer components as bundle item in bundle type product. when items reached at 9.. on fronted bundle stop showing bundle's items also display out of stock and price zero i increase as suggested in other posts max_input_vars = 3000 max_input_time = 259200 memory_limit = 2048M post_max_size = 2048M cant understand what is the issue.. i re-index and remove cache as well http://i.imgur.com/NTMw7KX.jpg http://i.imgur.com/St3rJgv.jpg Thanks
