make Special Promotions Buy X product get Y product but in group - Magento 1

HI 

I'm looking for way to make Special Promotions Buy X product get Y product but I want X and Y be group of products for example in X group I have collection of 10 products and in Y group I have collection of 7 products so if the customer buy any products of group X he can get 1 of group Y products

Hi @SalimHussein,

 

I'm not sure if you will be able to get that kind of rule with Magento out-of-the-box (I guess you won't but I didn't tried).
