I have a staging copy of magento 1.9.2.1 running, and I'm trying the setup PayPal Advanced configuration. The issue I have run into is I cannot save changes to the Vendor or User fields, and this could be true for the masked password field as well. After clicking 'Save Config' the values revert.
If anyone knows why this might be, I could sure use a kick in the right direction.
