I run a custom packaging website, and I’m looking to add an order tracking feature directly on my site. My goal is to allow customers to track their orders without needing to be redirected to the shipping carrier's website.
I’m currently exploring whether this can be implemented efficiently within Magento. Are there any extensions or built in features in Magento that support real time order tracking for customers?
If not, what would you recommend as the best alternative? Should I integrate the shipping carrier’s API directly into my Magento site or is it better to redirect customers to the carrier’s tracking page instead?
