Convert from MyISAM to InnoDB

 can someone explain me step by step how to safe convert all Tables from MyISAM Engine to InnoDB Engine?

I found this document but I think there is something wrong in what I'm done.

Can you explain me step by step how to make this change and on which tables should I do it?

It is a safe process or can corrupt my db?
