Hello Magento Community,

I’m facing an issue with my website’s hosting that’s been puzzling me for a while. Recently, I've experienced random downtimes where the website becomes temporarily inaccessible. It’s not related to traffic surges, as my analytics show consistent activity levels. I’m currently using shared hosting and after reaching out to support, they suggested it might be an issue on the server side but they haven’t been able to pinpoint a solution.

For context, my website, Branded Packaging Solution, is built on WordPress. We specialize in providing custom packaging solutions, including custom boxes and packaging for businesses in various industries. Our services include packaging for retail, food and e-commerce businesses, among others.

I’ve checked for any excessive resource usage or problematic plugins but everything seems in order. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Do you think this might be a Magento configuration issue or is it likely a hosting-related concern? Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

I’m also facing an issue. I purchased hosting from Hostinger for one year, but it expired after only six months. I contacted Hostinger's customer support, but they didn’t provide a solution.
