how can I publish my website for it to be seen online without the magento tag

i have finished my main work on the website, but now want to go and have it online for all to see, how can i do this. I am new at this and this is my first website

Do you have your site locally on your computer only? I guess this is the case, so you'll need to buy a domain and hosting to have your site online.

I have a domain and hosting for this website. I have also done some work on it, but wish to have it as being able to viewd by the public, yet still able to work on it

There's nothing stopping you from working on the website while have it accessible by the public? 

You can also setup a staging or development store which you work on and leave the production store accessible by the public.
