AS LOW AS Price is including Tax on List page

Hi,

When I have my configuration set to display both prices in frontend (which I need to have for Google Product Feeds as they want to see INCL Price on Product Page)... the AS LOW AS Price on the Category List is including the tax into AS LOW AS price.

 

How can I change this so it shows the As Low As price without tax but keep both prices showing on the Product Pages?

I also have the same problem and requirement, any ideas on best way to solve this?
