Add 20% of shipping cost to actual shipping price

Hi,

 

Can you some one Please help !

 

I want to add 20% of shipping cost to actual shipping price for particular shipping method during checkout.

 

For Example :  Total shipping price = 20% of shipping cost + shipping price
