Add New Button Under Report in Magento 1.9.2.3

Is there any way to add new button under Reports section in Magento 1.9.2.3.

when i click on it and it redirect to custom page / new page (PHP) where i can write my own queries and take reports according to my client requirements.

please let me know is there any way to get this option.

You need to create custom module for this reuirement.You can create module using this creator.
