CMS Page Problem - Keeps pushing block to the bottom

I am having a problem with a CMS Page in as much that every time I add additional content to the page it is pushing the block I have on the right hand side down to the bottom of the page. I have been handed this site from the previous chap to manage so at this point not sure what has been setup which would cause this behaviour.

I have attached screenshots to help.

Can anyone direct me to what I need to look at to resolve please?

Images are not visible. Might take some time for them to available. For future I would recommend to use a third party software to upload the images.

This seems like HTML issue. Make sure you are closing all the HTML tags properly and there is no improper tag/html in the content causing the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I did run the code through an online unclosed tags checker and it came up clean.

Is it possible to send you the code to get a second opinion on it at all please?
