Cannot send shipping notification.

If I select an order & go to the ship page nothing is shown under the "Items to ship" bar so I cannot submit shipment.

All was ok until I turned off Redis cache & went back to memcache because of another problem I was having which turned out not the be related to the cahe after all.  Flushed magento cache, deleted var/cache & var/sessions, loggin out/in turned Redis back on & flushed Redis cache but still the same.

Did the same on another site & that is still working fine.

Cant seem to find anything on why the product is missing from shipping so would really appreciate any help. Thanks

Please check system.log or exception.log files if there are any error genrated. If so, you can check and fix the issue.
