Catalog price rule doesn't work on configurable product option. any fix?

Let say,

I have a configurable product with 2 colors / 2 sizes available.

size:A is $10, and size:B is $13.

So I have +3 fixed price on option B.

If I set a discount of 30% to this product,

size:A is $7 which is correct.

but size:B just adds up $3 and ends up as $10 which is incorrect.

Is there anyway to apply discount after the option was added to the base price?

Please advise.

Can you try to set the product option B price as compared to product base price same as Option A set?
