I have seen how to embed products from a certain category into a Page but I would like to embed Products from a Search result.
Any ideas?

Using Magento out-of-the-box could be a problem because you have the pagination.
In which way are you including a product into a cms page? (Is it CMS page or maybe another product page?)
Maybe you can take a look into the markeplace for widgets modules: https://marketplace.magento.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=search%20result#q=widgets&idx=m2_cloud_prod_...
I guess it will depend on how you embed the result into which page.
