Error when adding custom options

Hi. When adding custom options on the product edit page page. It lest me add them in and when I press save it comes up with this error.

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'description' cannot be null

This happen of old products as well as newly added ones.

Im out of ideas.
