FATAL ERROR - Every time I try to clear caché, apply changes on configuration of my backend

I'm having issues trying to clear the caché of my web. 

This also happens when I try to make changes on my backend even happens when I try to change my FAVICON (does not apply for blogging or uploading new products). 

 

Does anyone know what can it be or how can I track this error to try to solve it?

 

Magento versión 1.9.0.1
