We do not use the Federal Express API for shipping, instead we use Flat Rate Shipping and FedEx is our carrier of choice.
Fixed Rate 1 is for a fixed rate FedEx Onerate Express Saver fee
Flat Rate 2 is for a fixed rate FedEx Onerate overnight fee

I assume because it is a flat rate shipping method, there is no carrier associated therefore the tracking fails to connect to FedEx getTrackinginfo
