How to set based on store wise only?

Like 

USD => 13%
AU => 11%
CH => 10%

If in cart page click on USD store then automatically apply cart page.

What is the relation between the currency and the tax?

The short answer should be that is won't be possible but maybe if you can explain a little bit more about the requirment there will be a different approach to solve it.
