How to resolve some customer not access website on desktop?

Some customer, not access website on desktop, but access on the mobile device properly.

We check malware issue and other online scanning website tools but not any issue found.

We also check and patches related issue but all the patches are installed properly.

How can we resolve that desktop website not access for some customer?

@Ashish_k_phpCan you provide more details? This is very weird and sounds like user issue or browser setting issues. There is no way that a website will work for some user and not for some reason unless there are firewall rules etc. If a website is working on phone for a customer and not on desktop, assuming they are on same network means they are using a very old browser or something similar.

How do you know your customer has issue? Did they tell you which browser or version? Do they have JS enabled on their browser? Any firewall rules?
