I have added some text using WYSIWYG editor and want to show in admin side

I have added some text using WYSIWYG editor and want to show in admin side but its showing with <p> tag

 

How to remove this <p> tags

In WYSIWIG Editor you have the Show/Hide button. Just hide WYSIWIG to delete tag <p>
