IP Address Geolocation to Show Include / Exclude Taxes

Hi all,

 

What I'm trying to achieve is for a customer's IP address to be autodetected, and then for the system to either display prices on the front-end inclusive or exclusive of taxes based on the customer's country.

 

Is there a way to manually set the country ID so that prices including tax display correctly for wherever the user is viewing from?

I'm using 1.9.1 btw.
