Hello, I am trying to get more details instead of the standard "Internal Error. Please see log for details." coming from the SOAP V2 API.

Did you checked you Magento logs and the webservere error log?

I've reviewed the logs, however in the past I used to be able to get the error returned via the API.  The changes I made at the time were on another Magento forum, but it looks like that forum is no longer available. I am looking to get it returned via API so when the call is made the error is returned at that time.
