Magegiant order export cron and payment informations

Hi, i've installed magegiant order export, but i've two problems:
- i can't found payment information method (paypal, credit card, bank transfer etc) in field mapping
- i've created three profiles that should run in differents day moments, but it seems that they run each minute all togheter

Have you some suggestions about these problems?
